July 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan provides for the adoption of a separate regulatory legal act concerning housing without registration documents, ABC.AZ reports, quoting chairman of board of the State Cadastre & Real Estate Register Nigar Alimova.

"There are about 400,000 individual residential buildings in Azerbaijan without registration documents. Most of them are built in protected areas, in areas where high-voltage lines run. The problem with houses without registration documents exists all the time, and we are working on solving it together with the relevant government agencies," Alimova said.
