Over 8% of foreigners who moved to Türkiye in 2023 were from Azerbaijan

July 23, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, 8.2% of foreigners who moved to Türkiye were Azerbaijani citizens.

ABC.AZ reports that Russia occupies the 1st place in this list (13.2%).

Turkmenistan (7.3%), Iran (6.7%) and Afghanistan (5.9%) occupy the next places.

The majority of foreigners who have moved from Türkiye are also Russian citizens (17%). This is followed by Iraq (15.7%), Afghanistan (8.3%), Iran (6.5%) and Turkmenistan (4.9%).
