July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2024, Azerbaijan exported 50,910 tons of tomatoes to Russia for $68,345.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the indicator is $17,296 thousand or 33.9% more in value and 9,155 tons or 21.9% more in quantitative terms versus Jan-Apr 2023.

Over Jan-April 2023, Azerbaijan exported 41,755 tons of tomatoes to Russia for $51,048.

During this period, the average price of 1 kilogram of tomatoes exported from Azerbaijan to Russia reached 2.28 manats. For the same period in 2023, the price was 2.08 manats. This means an increase in the export price by 0.20 manats (9.8%) against Jan-Apr 2023.
