July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Beverages and tobacco products for 1.259 billion manats were sold to consumers in Azerbaijan's retail chains for Jan-Jun 2024.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the figure is 7.7% more compared with Jan-Jun 2023.

In the first 6 months of this year, 4.6% of cusotmer spending in the retail chain was directed for purchase of beverages and tobacco products.

In June, spending on beverages and tobacco products reached 129.8 million manats.
