ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign press that Tesla’s head Elon Musk noted in his post on X social network that this scared all Tesla shareholders.
"If you don't give me 25% of the company, I won't produce artificial intelligence products and robots."
In his latest statement, Musk said he was "uncomfortable" creating artificial intelligence products at Tesla if he did not have "25% control over the company".
Musk currently owns about 13% of Tesla shares. If his compensation package for 2018 is implemented, his share will be closer to 18% – provided that he sells part of the shares to pay taxes.
But Musk wants more shares or a new class of shares to give him control of 25%.
