May 3, Fineko/abc.az. Only women of this category, who have adopted and are raising a child who has lost parents or is left without parental care before the child reaches the age of eight, as well as persons with a child with an established disability, will be able to retire early.

 

In this regard, President Ilham Aliyev approved the Law on Labor Pensions, ABC.AZ informs.

 

The law will encourage family care coverage for children who really need adoption and custody placed in similar government institutions, as well as eliminate the possibility of abuse of this tool.
