March 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has dramatically increased the volume of drywall exports to Georgia in 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the official state bodies of the neighboring country that Azerbaijan’s drywall exports to Georgia totaled 7.08 million sq m (a rise of 74% against 2023). In 2022, Georgia purchased 4,070 sq m of drywall from our country.

Revenue from exports of domestic companies to the neighboring country amounted to $9.2 million (82% more than a year earlier).
In 2023, the dynamics of cost growth more than quantity was associated with rising prices. So, if in 2022 the average price per sq m was $1.20, then in 2023 it increased to $1.30 cents.
Last year, Azerbaijan produced 97.76 million sq m of drywall.
