February 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the Rules of operation of cash registers, approved by a resolution from August 1, 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

Under the decision, the requirements for legal entities and cash register operators have been toughened.

Thus, a company wishing to service the device must have at least 12 employees, at least 6 branches or points in Baku and other regions equipped with the necessary equipment. Previously, in both cases, the requirement was 1 unit.

In addition, the deadline for checking a legal entity wishing to register as an operator for compliance with the requirements has been increased from 2 to 5 days.
