He noted that the share of e-procurement in the total volume of purchases made up 22.4%.

Compared with 2022, e-purchases increased by 32.9% last year.

"In 2023, 139 open tenders were held for AZN 2 million, 4,353 e-open tenders for AZN 1.6 million, 2,888 requests for quotations for AZN 59.6 million and 438 requests for proposals for AZN 972.6 million. In 2023, 12,432 final protocols on public procurement were analyzed. As a result of these analyses, 1,512 units were cancelled by the State Service due to revealed violations of legal requirements. 180 protocols were returned for re-submission. 551 protocols were overestimated," he stressed.
