December 4, Fineko/abc.az. Work has begun on the privatization of Bakı Mərmər Qranit LLC.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Property Service that the enterprise was opened for privatization by presidential orders from October 29, 2021 and December 30, 2022.

In connection with the execution of the order, appropriate work was carried out to prepare Bakı Mərmər Qranit LLC for privatization, a privatization commission was established, an inventory was carried out, the authorized capital was determined with the participation of an independent appraisal company, a new legal entity was established — Bakı Mərmər Qranit LLC. The authorized capital of the company is 17.59 million manats and consists of 170,590 shares of 100 manats each.

The enterprise is located on an area of 6.18 hectares. The main production facilities consist of workshops for the production of marble, granite, foam concrete, aglay and several others. The workshops carry out the processes of cutting, polishing and other processing of marble and granite. The annual production capacity of the project is 300,000 sq. m.

The company has installed equipment, mainly of Turkish manufacture. At the same time, the company has machines manufactured in China, Italy, Germany and Russia.
