November 20, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct 2023, the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy) transferred AZN 131 million to the State Budget (38.5% more versus Jan-Oct 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service.

In the structure of payments, AZN 103.8 million were secured at the expense of privatization, and AZN 27.2 million through lease (41.6% and 26.7% more than a year ago).

The SSPI conducted 49 privatization auctions (7.6% less). In this period, 2,868 new lease agreements were concluded (14.1% less). Of them, 693 for non-residential premises (by 1.7% less) and 2,175 for land plots (by 17.5% less).
