November 17, Fineko/abc.az. Information system Real Estate E-Register & Cadastre is being created in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree.

The goals of creating an information system are: improving the management system in the field of the state cadastre and the real estate register; increasing transparency and efficiency, improving the business environment; improving the quality of services related to the registration of real estate; expanding control mechanisms, as well as e-document management.

The Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan has been tasked to prepare and submit to the Azerbaijani president within six months a draft regulation on the system, proposals for improving regulatory legal acts in the fields of registration, cadastre and management of real estate, as well as to resolve other issues arising from this decree.
