November 6, Fineko/abc.az. The number of tourists who visited Antalya this year exceeded 15 million, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.

The minister said that both revenues and the number of tourists exceeded the figures of 2019, when tourism was at its peak before the pandemic.

The Path of Culture festival is currently being held in Antalya. Ersoy, who is in the city on this occasion, referring to the data for 9 months, said that in tourism in Türkiye they reached the figure of $42 billion. He noted that progress has been made in achieving the goal of $55.6 billion in tourism revenue.
