ABC.AZ reports that Siyavush Novruzov, the chairman of the Regional Affairs Committee, said about this at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis Committees on Youth & Sports, on Labor & Social Policy, on Agrarian Policy, on Regional Issues, on Natural Resources, Energy & Ecology.

Novruzov noted that it is not necessary to accustom people to benefits: "These finances have reached half a billion. This money should be provided to those who need targeted assistance now. Those who do not need it should not receive this money, reforms should be carried out in this area."
