November 6, Fineko/abc.az. Amendments have been made to the List and Rules for submitting documents for participation in the privatization of state property approved by Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution #32 from February 2, 2001.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

If it is possible to obtain documents or information provided for by these Rules from the relevant state body (institution) through the electronic government information system, these documents or information from the customer are not required.

In cases where access to these documents or information through the electronic government information system is not possible, their submission is requested by the relevant state body (institution) on the basis of a request with the consent of the customer or is provided by the customer.
