November 2, Fineko/abc.az. The list of products exempt from excise taxes is under expansion.
ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in Azerbaijan’s State Budget Package for 2024, submitted for today’s discussion at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.
This list includes 2 liters of energy drinks, 20 cigarettes (thin cigars) and 10 cigars, 3 single-use electronic cigarettes, hookahs and their substitutes, 100 units of tobacco products containing tobacco or regenerated tobacco intended for inhalation without burning, 100 grams of tobacco for smoking, homogenized or regenerated tobacco, chewing or gorenje inhaled tobacco, as well as hookah tobacco and tobacco substitutes, liquids weighing 50 milliliters for electronic cigarettes.
