October 24, Fineko/abc.az. The number of payment cards in circulation through the systems of banks and Azerpocht LLC increased by 270,000 units at the end of September compared with last month up to 15.939 million. Compared with the 2022 relevant period, this indicator grew by 20.8%.

ABC.AZ was informed at the CBA, growth of payment cards was 20.4% for debit cards and 23.8% for credit cards.

Compared with the 2022 same term, the number of salary cards increased by 91,000, credit cards by 411,000, and other cards by 2.2 million.
