October 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan manufactured construction materials for AZN 819 million ($481.7 million), which is 27.7% more versus Jan-Sept 2022, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

The cement production reached 2.733 million tons (a rise of 3.1%), prefabricated concrete structures – 20,900 cu m (decline of 42.6%), asphalt – 54,500 tons (decline of 55.3%).

In addition, production of building bricks totaled 432,200 cu m (decline of 4.3%), construction glass - 6.656 million sq m (a rise of 17.4%).

Cement clinker produced 2.78 million tons (a rise of 7.6%), construction gypsum – 62,000 tons (a rise of 99.4%), ready-mixed concrete - 2.814 million tons (a rise of 14.9%), construction lime – 37,500 tons (a rise of 20.6%).
