A land plot with an area of 0.8105 hectares with total value of AZN 2.1 million belonging to the Caucasian Development Bank, located at address: 44 Ingilab Ismailov Street, Khatai district, Baku, is also put up for auction.

In general, the value of the real estate put up for auction is AZN 7.185 million.
