September 28, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has made a trip to Jabrayil district of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state laid the foundation of an administrative building in the city of Jabrayil and familiarized himself with construction works in the Jabrayil residential complex - the first residential quarter in the city under construction by the State Housing Agency.
