September 27, Fineko/abc.az. The EBRD predicts that real GDP in Azerbaijan will grow by 1.5% this year against 2022, ABC.AZ informs with reference to EBRD’s Regional Economic Prospects.

According to the report, this is 1 p.p. less than the forecast for May.

The EBRD expects that next year real economic growth in Azerbaijan will be 2.5%, which is 0.2 p.p. less than the forecast for May.

The bank said that the economy of the Eastern Europe and Caucasus region, which includes Azerbaijan, will grow by 1.9% this year - the forecast remained unchanged, and next year - by 3.1%, which is 0.2 p.p. less.
