September 21, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, measures are being taken to develop software for changing the registration data of an LLC electronically, state registration of data on the beneficial owner of commercial structures and maintaining a state register of these data, limiting the right of risky taxpayers to establish a legal entity.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service that this was informed by Leyla Huseyn-zadeh, the department head at the Main Department of State Registration.

She added that it is planned to introduce innovations, including e-registration of LLC in more advanced form (methods of “face recognition”), eliminating the requirement for e-registration of LLC with foreign investments to attach a document confirming the legal address to an e-application, transmitting information about employees' employment contracts to the information system of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection, etc.
