September 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has held a currency auction with the participation of the State Oil Fund.

According to the CBA, at the foreign exchange auction on September 19, the demand of banks amounted to $26.6 million and was fully secured.

Following the currency auction, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat was formed at the level of 1.7000 AZN/USD.

At a foreign exchange auction on September 14, the Central Bank sold $25.1 million to banks.
