September 15, Fineko/abc.az. Another reason for revoking the license and permit is being determined.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Licenses & Permits, discussed at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

The license and permit are subject to cancellation if the document confirming the fact of payment of the state fee (payment) for issuance of a license and permit has not been submitted to the authority issuing licenses and permits within the time limits provided for in Article 18.5 of this law.

The state fee for issuing a license and a permit, if required by law, are paid by the applicant within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the information provided by the authority that issued the license and permit, and the document confirming the payment is submitted to the authority that issued the license and permit.
