ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a relevant decree.

This rule defines the procedure for use by individuals and institutions to pay for necessary and unforeseen expenses from frozen assets provided for in Article 4.1 of the Law on Targeted Financial Sanctions in the fight against terrorism and the financing of terrorism, proliferation and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Permission for the use of frozen assets by individuals and institutions is issued by the State Security Service of Azerbaijan.
