September 7, Fineko/abc.az. British American Tobacco has announced the sale of its business in Russia and Belarus, the trademarks used will remain the property of the Russian business.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Russian office of the company.

"The BAT Group announced today the conclusion of a deal for the sale of business in Russia and Belarus. All trademarks used now will remain the property of Russian business. Thus, consumers will continue to receive high-quality products familiar to them under familiar brands," the press service informs.

The new structure at the end of the business transfer will be called group of companies ITMS.
