September 4, Fineko/abc.az. President of Kazakhstan Kasymzhomart Tokayev dismissed Galymzhan Pirmatov from the post of chairman of the National Bank, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan.

"By the presidential decree, Galymzhan Pirmatov was dismissed from the post of chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the press service informs. The reasons for this personnel decision are not specified.

Pirmatov has been the head of the National Bank since February 2022. Prior to that, he was chairman of board of national company Kazatomprom.
