The resident status was assigned to 37 business entities with a total investment of more than AZN 5.7 billion.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Agency for the Development of Economic Zones under the Ministry of Economy that 20 of these residents are in operation. It is planned to launch four more enterprises this year.

Residents have invested more than AZN 5.3 billion and created more than 6,400 permanent jobs. It is planned to attract another AZN 386 million of investments and create more than 2,000 permanent jobs.
