The Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has approved the Standard Form of informing on the consumer loan agreement.

CBA governor Taleh Kazimov signed a new decision in this regard, according to ABC.AZ.

The new form will be effective from the date of entry into force of the law of February 24, 2023 "On Amendments to the Civil Code".The Legal Department of the Central Bank was instructed to submit a new decision to the Ministry of Justice within three days for entry into the State Register of Legal Acts.
