August 2, Fineko/abc.az. On August 3, real estate located on the balance sheet of Texnikabank OJSC liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ was informed at the ADIF that the real estate is a land plot of 1.50 hectares located in Khuchbala village of Guba district.

The initial selling price of the property is 9,000 manats.
The required documents for participation in an open auction: identity card of an individual/legal entity, constituent documents of an individual/legal entity. Add: Baku city, Sabayil District, Badamdar Settlement, Badamdar Highway 27.
