August 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani Cabinet Ministers has amended the Regulation on the appointment, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type to another type and payment of a labor pension, approved by the Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution from April 28, 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

According to the document, now, when determining the base salary, state salary or security costs for calculating the superannuation to labor pension, payments received by a citizen only for performance of labor or official duties and their subsequent increases until the date of pension assignment will be taken into account.
