July 31, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, investment funds and their managers will have to send a written notification to the Central Bank within 5 working days about changes in the information entered in the register.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the amendments to the Law on Investment Funds, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

Under the document, upon preliminary submission of the documents envisaged by the Law on the Securities Market to the Central Bank and the absence of changes in these documents, their repeated submission is not required, on the condition that the Central Bank is notified about in a written form.
