July 26, Fineko/abc.az. The first Top 3 among the territories where the largest number of land plots were mortgaged for Jan-Jun 2023 are under authority of Khachmaz territorial administration #5 (1,578 contracts), Gabala territorial administration #9 (945 contracts) and Baku territorial administration #1 (918 contracts).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy) that the districts with the smallest number of mortgaged land plots are the districts covered by Jalilabad territorial administration #8 (98 contracts) and Ujar territorial administration #16 (127 contracts).
