July 25, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held a currency auction with the participation of the State Oil Fund.

According to the CBA, at the currency auction on July 25, the demand of banks amounted to $59.6 million and was fully secured ($18.1 million, or 43.61% more than at the previous auction). At a foreign exchange auction on July 20, the CBA sold $41.5 million to banks.

Following the currency auction on July 25, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat was formed at the level of 1.7000 AZN/USD.
