July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The list of medicines produced in Azerbaijan will be approved by a body (department) determined by the relevant executive authority.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Medicines, submitted for discussion at a parliament meeting.

According to the draft, medicines included in this list must be in pharmacy organizations on the basis of the manufacturer's application. The pharmacy organization ensures the reception of these medicines, and the manufacturer ensures their placement in the pharmacy organization.

Also, according to the draft, manufacturers of medicines made in Azerbaijan must submit monthly information determined by the body (structure) defined by the relevant executive authority to the body determined by the relevant executive authority.

The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the 3rd reading.
