ABC.AZ reports that according to real estate expert Ramil Osmanli, the reason for the sale of those country houses at fantastic price is not only their territory, but also the materials used in their construction.

Osmanli added that on the ad sites you can see country houses worth about 20 million manats. However, more expensive real estate is usually not placed on websites. As a rule, there are country houses worth hundreds of millions of manats, even if they are not put up for sale.

The expert noted that there are also summer cottages with an area of about 50 hectares. However, the reasons why their territories are so large are diverse.
