July 10, Fineko/abc.az. YouTube has added a new useful feature that allows users of the platform to conveniently view videos by disabling touch controls if necessary.

ABC.AZ reports that now users can view videos without worrying about accidental taps on the screen that can rewind, stop or switch to a new unwanted video from the recommendations.

Currently, this feature is only available to users who have a paid Premium subscription.

Given company's policy and its desire to promote a paid subscription, increasing the volume of advertising and restricting access to YouTube for users using ad blockers, the likelihood that this feature will be available to all users is very low.

If you have a paid subscription, you can enable this feature by clicking on the gear icon and selecting the "Ad Blocking" option.
