July 7, Fineko/abc.az. It became known which taxi services are most often used by the population.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Center for Media Analysis that a survey was conducted among the population on the occasion.

69% of respondents who have the opportunity to choose one of several options stated that they are users of Bolt, 44% - Uber, 15% -Yango, 10% - Taxi 189, 8% - Maxim. Those who chose the "other" option made up 17% of respondents.

Respondents were also asked about the activities of taxi companies. 18% of respondents are dissatisfied with the fact that cars are old and technically defective, 25% — inexperience of drivers, 15% — non-compliance with traffic rules, 20% — acceptable unethical behavior with passengers. However, 22% of participants said they were not satisfied with other issues.

Those who prefer the card method of paying for a taxi made up 24% of respondents. This is 1.8-fold times more than the results of the survey conducted in 2021.

45% of respondents stated they spend up to 20 manats on taxi services during the month, 20% — 20-30 manats, 14% — 30-50 manats, 21% — more than 50 manats.
