July 4, Fineko/abc.az. In connection with the revocation of the license on the basis of a voluntary appeal of Günay Sığorta OJSC, a decision was made to delist its listed securities.
ABC.AZ was informed at the Baku Stock Exchange that due to the voluntary cancellation of Günay Sığorta’s license by the Listing Committee, the BSE has started the procedure of delisting securities listed with ISIN code AZ1001008346.
In accordance with the BSE Listing Rules, the decision on delisting will come into force 2 months after publication, and the securities will be withdrawn from trading.
