July 3, Fineko/abc.az. On July 20, the Baku Auction Center will hold regular open auctions for the sale of real estate of Texnikabank OJSC, AGBank, Caucasian Development Bank, as well as Bank Standard CJSC, which are in the process of liquidation, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF).

Speech is about Texnikabank’s private residential building with an area of 130.8 sq m (85, Almaz Ildirim Street, Shuvelan, Khazar district of Baku), AGBank’s apartment with an area of 65.2 sq m (21, Mohammed Hadi Str, Shemakha), Caucasian Development Bank’s land plot with an area of 0.8105 hectares (44, Ingilab Ismayilov Street, Khatai district of Baku) and Bank Standard’s apartment of 44.2 sq m (b4/261, Ataturk Avenue, Nizami district of Ganja).

The property of Texnikabank is estimated at 42,000 manats, AGBank – 22,000 manats, Caucasian Development Bank – 3 million manats, Bank Standard – 45,000 manats.
