June 22, Fineko/abc.az. There is a sharp increase in apartment rental prices in Baku from year to year.

Speech is about the cost of renting apartments in the capital.

ABC.AZ reports that real estate expert Elnur Farzaliyev notes that apartment rental prices in Baku are growing from year to year. The reason is the demolition of buildings whose service life has expired.

Since demand is high, apartment owners are raising their monthly rent for housing.

The expert believes that the most expensive apartments for rent in the capital are located in zone 1, that is, in the Sabayil, Nasimi, Narimanov and Yasamal districts, for which there are certain reasons. The mentioned areas are the central part of the city, and most higher education institutions are located in these areas and students prefer to rent apartments in these areas.

And in Binagadi, Sabunchi and Surakhani districts, the cost of renting apartments in buildings varies between 250-400 manats.

In the summer season, the prices for renting seaside country houses in the Khazar, Sabunchi and Binagadi districts range from 1,500 to 10,000 manats, depending on the conditions.
