June 19, Fineko/abc.az. The new chairman of board has been appointed at Xalq Həyat OJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that deputy chairman Ismayil Aliyev, the acting chairman of board, has been elected the new chairman at the insurance company.

In addition, the director of company’s finance department, Afgan Osmanov, was elected an interim member of the board. Thus, together with board member Aynura Guliyeva, the Board of Xalq Həyat consisted of three people.

Xalq Həyat Sığorta was established in 2018. Its authorized capital is AZN 15 million. The company's shares are 100% owned by Xalq Sığorta.
