June 19, Fineko/abc.az. The new changes, along with increased control, will serve to provide extracts of once illegally constructed and unusable non-residential facilities, as well as to prevent illegal construction in the future.

ABC.AZ reports that MP Vugar Bayramov said this, commenting on the presidential decree "On additional measures to allow the operation of some non-residential construction facilities".

The MP noted that, again, the document stipulates a simplified permit for operation of non-residential buildings, in which construction and installation works were completed by June 1, 2023, including construction of all floors, side walls and roofs, and the results of the examination for strength and durability are positive:

Bayramov stressed that according to preliminary estimates, more than 40,000 unregistered real estate objects can receive an extract (bill of sale) in simplified form.
