ABC.AZ reports that this opinion was expressed by Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
"The center was built in a year, and until the last moment, additional changes were made to it at the direction of the management. There were additional, unforeseen expenses. These things are unpredictable. The management of the center will be on the balance of the Ministry. And the maintenance costs are supposed to be shifted to an external manager, that is, to a specialized company," the deputy minister added.
