June 6, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Antimonopoly Control and Consumer Market Supervision (under the Ministry of Economy) established that 43 market entities violated the requirements of advertising legislation when advertising a number of goods or services for Jan-Apr 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that Service’s head Mammad Abbasbeyli wrote about this on his Twitter account.

The tweet says that violations were detected during the advertising of 12 alcoholic beverages, 11 tourist services, 8 banking services, 6 medical services and medicines, 2 artificial food products for infants and young children, 2 investment services, 1 dietary supplements with biological activity, 1 taxi services.

The market entities that were informed about the detected violations voluntarily eliminated the violations.
