May 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population has announced a tender procedure for the purchase of 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Mingachevir, Sheki, Shirvan, as well as in Salyan, Gakh, Agsu, Agdash districts for persons who have become disabled in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of Azerbaijan and the families of the martyrs.
