May 22, Fineko/abc.az. The trade turnover between Georgia and Azerbaijan for Jan-Apr 2023 amounted to $500.89 million (12.5% more against Jan-Apr 2022), the National Statistical Service of Georgia informs.
Azerbaijan, with a share of 7.7% in Georgia's total trade turnover, has become the third largest trading partner of the neighboring country after Türkiye and Russia.
Goods for $262 million were exported from Georgia to Azerbaijan (55.5% more than a year earlier).
Over Jan-Apr, Georgia imported goods for $239 million from Azerbaijan (13.7% less versus the 2022 same term).
