September 4, Fineko/abc.az. German factory orders rose by 2.5% month-on-month in July, easily beating the 0.3% growth predicted by economists and marking a third consecutive month of gains.

On an annual basis, orders surged 13.1%, driven largely by major bulk orders for ships, trains, and aircraft, while the automotive sector experienced a decline. Supported by heavy state spending on defense and corporate investments in AI, the figures signal that Europe's largest economy is steadily recovering from prolonged stagnation.
