May 12, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues submitted eight objects to the next competition for the lease of non-residential premises. The starting price of renting objects varies from 14 to 43 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that the SSPI informs that the leasing of objects with low starting price continues through a tender.

Eight objects submitted for this competition are located in Shemakha, Oguz, Neftchala and Saatli districts. The monthly rent for the proposed non-residential premises starts from 14.1 manats. The competition is open to local, foreign individuals and legal entities who wish to lease real estate objects of state property. When summing up the results of the competition, preference will be given to the customer who has offered the maximum amount of rent under certain conditions.
