Azerbaijani banks paid AZN 68 million of income tax this year

May 8, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani banks paid AZN 68 million of income tax in 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that during the 1st quarter of 2023, 11 out of 25 banks operating in Azerbaijan paid income tax, and 14 other banks retained it for the coming periods.

The total amount of income tax paid by banks for the reporting period amounted to AZN 68.378 million.
